FRP step covers are designed to improve stair safety in industrial, commercial, and public environments where slip resistance and durability are essential. The Step cover is manufactured using fiberglass reinforced plastic materials that combine high mechanical strength with corrosion resistance, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. Installed directly over existing stair surfaces, the FRP step covers provide a stable walking area while reducing installation downtime. The textured surface enhances grip performance, helping maintain safe footing in wet, oily, or dusty conditions commonly found in factories, platforms, and processing facilities. The lightweight structure allows convenient handling without compromising structural reliability. In addition, the material resists rust, moisture, and chemical exposure, ensuring consistent performance with minimal maintenance requirements over time. The Step cover is widely applied in industrial stairs, marine walkways, municipal facilities, and maintenance access areas where long term safety protection is required.

The company’s annual production capacity is around 15 million units (including iron cores and shielding components), and it can heat-treat over 1,000 kg of materials per day.
