AIDAS CO., LTD is certified by ISO9001 and ABS certificate and our gratings can meet the fire retardant test Class 1 under ASTM E-84, Anti-slippery property of highest level-R13 under DIN51130, withstand the high temperature up to 200 degrees under ASTM F2199.
AIDAS diamond cover grating uses solid fiberglass plate attached to the top surface, which offers strong, level surface and higher stiffness values than that of open mesh gratings.

1. Corrosion Resistance and no maintenance needed
Different types of resin provide their own different anti-corrosion properties, which could be used in different corrosion circumstance such as acid, alkali, salt, organic solvent (in gas or liquid form) and the like over a long period.
2. Fire Resistance and non-conductive or magnetic
Our special formula provide grating with excellent fire resistant performance. Our FRP gratings can meet the fire retardant test Class 1 under ASTM E-84.
High strength E-glass roving and high-grade resin provide the product super electric performance. There is no electric spark even when impact by tools, meanwhile it is non-magnetism.
3. Light in Weight but High in Strength
The perfect combination of the continuous E-glass roving and thermosetting polyester resin makes AIDAS grating light in weight and high in strength, its specific gravity is only 1/4 of steel, 1/3 of aluminum.
4. Safety & Anti-slip, rich color
The high modulus of elasticity and various surfaces provided the super anti-skid performances. Its surface could be smooth, meniscus, gritted and also with chequer plate cover which is suitable for different working places.
5. Anti-UV, anti-aging with long service life
The high-grade resin with anti-aging stabilizer provide grating long-life aging resistant performance and the unique design make grating excellent self-cleanness function and keep its brightness and strength over a long time. The service life of grating could be 25 years.
