　　1. FRP pultrusion grille

　　The FRP pultrusion grille is mainly composed of three parts

　　A) Load bearing profile: it is mainly composed of extruded "I" profile or "t" profile

　　B) Connection profile: its function is to connect load-bearing profiles, mainly using various round rods or shaped rods formed by extrusion and drawing

　　C) Spacing profile: its function is to adjust and fix the porosity of glass fiber reinforced plastic grille, mainly using extruded bar

　　FRP pultrusion grid is formed by using extruded "I" profile or "t" profile as load-bearing bar, and various Extruded round bars or special-shaped bars as cross bars (connecting bars). The cross bars and load-bearing bars are fixed and connected with adhesive according to certain spacing to form FRP grid.

　　2. FRP Molding grid

        FRP moulded grating is produced by laying glass fiber roving on the large metal mold at the same time, cast thermosetting resin, then one-time cold curing molding, demoulding can get molding FRP grid. According to the need, the upper surface of the molded grille can be sealed with glass steel plate when it is made, forming a structure in which the lower layer is the grille and the upper layer is the flat plate.
